Files selected in the image tool

Files selected in the image resizer and cropper are processed in the user’s browser. PolishTools does not send those image files or result files to, or store them on, a PolishTools server.

Resetting the tool or moving to another page releases its preview and temporary URL. Closing the page or browser lets the browser clear that session memory.

Website access information

To deliver and secure the site, hosting provider Cloudflare may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, browser information, and requested URL. This processing follows Cloudflare’s policies and retention practices.

PolishTools does not currently provide member accounts or maintain its own database of access logs.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

PolishTools does not currently use its own analytics or advertising tools. PolishTools does not currently set cookies through its site code.

If analytics or advertising is added, this policy will be updated before it is enabled, and any consent process required by law will be put in place.

Email enquiries

If you send an email, the sender address and message content are processed to reply and resolve the issue. Unless they must be retained to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute, unnecessary information is deleted after that purpose has been fulfilled.

Do not attach source images or sensitive personal information to an enquiry.

Policy changes and contact

If the information processed or an external service changes, the effective date and details on this page will be updated. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@polishtools.com.
